Cabling is the one thing you can't fix later with software.

Every network problem your business will have for the next decade either starts here or gets solved here. Access points, cameras, phones and workstations all sit on top of the cabling — and if that layer was rushed, no amount of expensive hardware above it will make the network reliable.

We've spent ten years being called in to repair other people's shortcuts: unlabelled runs nobody can trace, cables kinked past their bend radius, patch panels wired by three different people to three different standards. It's always more expensive to fix than it would have been to do properly the first time.

What a SmartLink installation actually looks like

Planned before anything is pulled

We walk the site, map the routes, and plan the cabinet layout before a single cable comes off the drum. That means we know where containment is needed, where the distance limits bite, and where your future expansion is going to want capacity.

Installed to standard, not to schedule

Every run follows TIA/EIA-568 structured cabling standards: correct bend radius, correct separation from power, correct termination. We work around your business hours where possible — evenings and weekends included — but we don't cut corners to finish early.

Labelled and documented

Every outlet, every patch port, every run is labelled at both ends and recorded in an as-built document that we hand over to you. If we disappeared tomorrow, any competent engineer could pick up your network and understand it in ten minutes. That's the standard.

Tested and certified

Each link is certified with a cable analyser, and you get the results. Not "it seems to work" — actual measured performance against the standard.

A note on rip-and-replace: if your existing cabling is sound, we'll tell you and we'll build on it. We quote what the site actually needs, not what maximises the invoice. Plenty of the sites we assess only need partial remediation, and we say so.

Typical installations

EnvironmentTypical scope
Small office (10–30 staff)Cat6 to each desk, single wall-mounted rack, WiFi backhaul
Multi-floor officeFiber backbone between floors, Cat6A horizontal, floor cabinets
Warehouse / logisticsRuggedised containment, long fiber runs, outdoor-rated where exposed
Clinic / medicalSegmented runs, CCTV integration, documentation for compliance
Retail / F&BPOS connectivity, guest WiFi backhaul, discreet routing

Cat6, Cat6A or fiber — which do you need?

Cat6 handles gigabit comfortably and is the sensible default for most desk runs in a standard office.

Cat6A supports 10-gigabit over the full 100m and is worth it where you're feeding high-density access points, or where you'd rather not touch the walls again in five years.

Fiber is for backbone: between floors, between buildings, or anywhere past copper's distance limit. It's also the right call where electrical interference is a factor.

Most sites end up with a mix. Part of the assessment is telling you where each one earns its cost — and where it doesn't.

Common Questions

Answers before you ask.

A 20–30 point office is usually one to three days depending on access and containment. Larger multi-floor sites run longer. We give you a firm schedule with the quote, and we work evenings or weekends where daytime disruption isn't an option.
Yes. A significant share of our installation work happens evenings and weekends specifically so client operations aren't interrupted. We'll agree the schedule before work begins.
Always. Every outlet and patch port is labelled at both ends, and you receive an as-built document plus certification test results for every link. It's yours to keep — no lock-in.
That's common, and it's fine. The site assessment identifies what can stay, what needs remediation, and what genuinely has to be replaced. The quote is itemised so you can see the reasoning on each line.
Yes — all seven emirates. Most of our work is in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, but we regularly install in Ajman, RAK, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
